Hope Within Ministries is a community health, counseling, and Dental Center. Our Mission is to share God’s love with people in need through the provision of health care services, dental care, sound counsel and related education.
What We Offer
Community Health Center
The HWCHC offers free primary healthcare services for medically uninsured low income residents of Lancaster, Lebanon and Dauphin Counties.
Primary care services include chronic disease management for hypertension, diabetes, vaccines for children, driver’s license exams, sports and school physical, some pre-natal care, annual PAP smears, access to mammography, etc.
Services will be available to those who reside in Lancaster, Dauphin, or Lebanon Counties whose household income is at 250 percent of the federal poverty level or less as determined by HW staff after the patient has completed the eligibility application.
Counseling
Hope Within Counseling is offered on a self-pay, income-based sliding scale fee and there are no other eligibility requirements.
In Conjunction with Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary and Graduate School, Hope Within offers low cost mental health counseling. The fee is determined on an income-based sliding scale and the hours are variable. For further information, contact Anne Marie at Hope Within at 717-367-9797 ext 313 .
Dental
Hope Within Dental launched in July of 2020. We offer donation-based oral health screenings, education, cleanings, sealings, fillings, and extractions.
Our primary dental care includes fillings, X-rays, sealants, fluoride, extractions, and cleanings. We do not provide dentures, orthodontics, or root canals. Patients must be aware our services also do not include anesthesia.

Due to the high demand for dental services for the people in this area without dental insurance, we regret to inform you that Hope Within Dental has had to limit its dental program participants to patients that are connected to Hope Within primary care. If you are not medically insured and meet the financial criteria, this may apply to you. Please complete the patient eligibility application.
